• Plans are linked to the registered user account and are non-transferable.

2. Plan Validity

• Each plan is valid for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Access will automatically expire at the end of the validity period unless renewed.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (update based on your billing model).
• Once payment is successful, access is granted instantly.

4. Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Usage Policy

• Plans are for individual use only
• Sharing login credentials or misuse of platform features may result in suspension without refund.

6. Feature Access

• ResumeEdge includes ATS resume builder, resume analysis, and role-based optimization guidance.
• All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Features may be updated or improved over time to enhance user experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we provide AI-powered guidance, we do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or hiring outcomes.
• Results may vary based on individual effort and external recruitment processes.

8. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update pricing, features, or these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
